WHATS TO COME AT EVERLEIGH

There are exciting developments underway at Everleigh and we can’t wait to share them with you in 2025 and beyond!

Over the past year, we’ve introduced fantastic new features to the community, including Everleigh Sports Park, The Eve Café, the Dog Park and Ginger Park, our third park and playground. The Everleigh masterplan has been designed with both convenience and community at its core, with even more exciting additions on the way.

Everleigh Parklands

Everleigh’s Second Entrance Opening

We’re making Everleigh more accessible than ever. The Mirvac-owned section of the secondary entrance was completed in November last year and will soon be integrated with Logan City Council’s Teviot Road upgrade works, with Council expected to finish these later this year. This will provide greater convenience and ease of access for residents and visitors to the wonderful amenities Everleigh has to offer, reducing traffic congestion and ensuring smoother, quicker access to and from the community.

Future High School Plans

The Everleigh team has been working closely with the Department of Education to progress plans for a state high school within the community. You may have seen our recent planning application, which proposes a dedicated high school site directly opposite Everleigh State School.

Once confirmed, this important step will offer more educational opportunities for local families with high school aged children, reducing the need for long commutes and fostering a stronger community spirit. It will also make it possible for local students to complete their full schooling journey close to home. We’ll continue to share updates as plans evolve.

Wellness in the Park and Community Activities

Thanks to Mirvac and our community engagement partner, Enriching Communities Greenbank, Everleigh continues to be a dynamic and thriving hub. With a wide variety of weekly events and wellness programs, there’s always something to look forward to. From fitness sessions in the park to family-friendly gatherings, it’s the perfect way to stay active, connect with neighbours and engage with the local community.

Our wellness in the park and community activities aim to contribute to a healthier, happier lifestyle for all residents and to help foster a deep sense of belonging. Whether it’s a morning fitness session or an evening event, the park is a place where people of all ages can come together, build relationships and feel part of something bigger. 2025 will see the return of your favourite events, alongside some exciting new additions as our masterplan expands.

Everleigh Art Trail

The Everleigh Art Trail offers residents and visitors an exciting cultural and educational experience. Showcasing Indigenous Australian artworks by Jagera woman Letitia Bonner throughout Everleigh and Leaf parks, the trail provides a unique opportunity to celebrate creativity and Indigenous culture.

If you’re visiting the Everleigh Sales Suite, your little ones will also be able to enjoy these artworks as colouring-in sheets to entertain and educate.

Sports Courts

With the AFL Oval and Clubhouse marking the completion of the first phase of Everleigh Sports Park, planning is now underway for the next stage of the precinct’s development. This will include new court facilities, with further details to be shared in collaboration with local leadership as the project progresses.

Looking ahead, more sports courts and recreational facilities are on the way as part of Everleigh’s expanding 25-hectare central parkland. While the final selection of sports is still being developed in consultation with Logan City Council, we’re looking forward to delivering a diverse and inclusive space for everyone to enjoy. We encourage you to share your suggestions as we continue shaping the future of sport and recreation at Everleigh.

At Everleigh, we’re committed to creating spaces where people can come together and celebrate the spirit of the Greenbank and the surrounding community. Every Mirvac community is designed to enhance the lives of our residents by providing them with the tools, spaces and opportunities to thrive.
