BUILDING A LIFE AT EVERLEIGH

The Singh Family

After living in Brisbane for many years, Grace and Vikramjeet Singh, along with their teenage son Bhavroop, decided it was the right time to upgrade their home and lifestyle.

“We knew we could get better value in greater Brisbane regions like Greenbank,” says Vikramjeet.

“So, we hopped into our car and explored different estates in the area, which is how we first came across Everleigh after hearing about its impressive display village.

“As soon as we drove into the community, we were immediately impressed by its green spaces and how beautiful the community looked and felt.

“You could see families from all kinds of cultural backgrounds playing in the parks and ovals, and residents walking around with their pets and friends. We immediately felt a strong sense of community here.

“We visited the Coral Homes displays, as we had previously built our first home with them and decided they were again the ideal builder for our five-bedroom home at Everleigh.”

The family met with Everleigh’s sales consultants soon after to secure land in our Evergreen release.

“The sales team were extremely helpful in assisting us to find the perfect lot for our house, located close to parkland,” says Grace.
“We were also very eager to build at Everleigh because of the future growth and infrastructure plans for Greenbank, including the future retail shopping precinct.

“Everleigh’s location is extremely convenient. It's easy for us to drive to work, there is a Woolworths and cafes right across the road, and Brisbane City and Gold Coast are just an hour away.”

Excited to start their lives at Everleigh, the family decided to rent a house in the community while their home build is underway.
“We couldn’t wait to join the community,” Grace says.

“Having the chance to move to Everleigh ahead of our home being completed has been wonderful.

“Our son Bhavroop has already moved to a high school nearby and has made many friends that he spends his weekend with outside playing football or riding their bikes.

“We love spending our time together as a family at Everleigh walking our dog, playing football, or visiting the homes of people we have met who also live here. It’s been so easy to build a life here and get to know other families.”

“When we move into our new home, we can’t wait to invite them to our home and celebrate our official new life in the community,” she says.
