Public Notification Period
Late last year we surveyed Everleigh residents and the surrounding community seeking to understand your shopping preferences, recreational and community needs.
Your valued feedback has helped progress the design of the future Everleigh Retail Precinct to create a neighbourhood centre, spaces and programs that the community will value and enjoy.
We have now submitted a Notice of Application for a Priority Development Area (PDA) Development Permit for preliminary approval for a Material Change of Use for shop, business, health care services, indoor sport & recreation, fast food premises, food premises, shopping centre and park in accordance with the Plan of Development.
Mirvac is committed to listening to and learning from our customers to ensure quality and care in every little detail.
Anyone is invited to make a submission to The Minister for Economic Development Queensland (MEDQ) about the application on or before Thursday 15th June 2023.
