Tuscan Release Stage 1 | Ballot Results
On Monday 6 June 2022, Mirvac drew out a select number of ballot entries to determine the order of the opportunity to purchase (cap imposed by Mirvac at its discretion), until the cap had been reached in the following order:
- Mirvac Staff will be drawn first (if any)
- Previous Mirvac purchasers who are owner occupiers
- Previous Mirvac purchasers who are investors (cap imposed by Mirvac at its discretion)
- Owner occupier RTPs
- A select number of investor RTPs should the ballot cap not be already exhausted.
