Laine and Michael Brown, along with their son, Wilder, 4, will be among the dozens of new faces joining Everleigh in 2022, after falling in love with our masterplanned community in the heart of Greenbank.

Laine says Everleigh is a great fit for her family and the perfect setting for their forever home, with the new Everleigh State School on Ivory Parkway, an abundance of open space and a regular program of community events.

“As a young family, we wanted a place where we had room to grow and with good schools in the area. The fact Everleigh has a new primary school on-site is amazing and a driving factor in why we wanted to build in this community,” says Laine.

“My son will be finishing childcare and ready to go to primary school by the time our build is expected to be completed, which is perfect.

“Another contributing factor for us was the great outdoor spaces. Like Michael and I, Wilder loves to spend time outside. We know as he gets older, he will get so much use out of the parks, walking tracks and future sports oval.

“We also attended a few of the community events at Everleigh, which has been a great way to meet other residents and families, who are all very welcoming.

“When we looked at other estates in the area, they didn’t quite compare to Everleigh’s sense of community."

The pair settled on their homesite late last year and are hoping to be in their new Brighton Homes build – which will feature a beautiful mountain view from their backyard - in time for Christmas.
