EVERLEIGH'S FAMILY FRIENDLY COMMUNITY

Residents Joy Daniels and Jon Barrios say Everleigh is the kind of friendly community they thought only existed in the movies.

The couple, with children Isaac and Noah, heard about Everleigh in Greenbank from friends already living in the community, and immediately knew they’d found the perfect place to call home when they experienced it first-hand.

“As soon as we entered Everleigh, we had a feeling different to anywhere else we had visited. We could see right away how family-oriented it was,” says Jon.

The couple soon purchased a lot and moved into their four-bedroom Brighton Homes abode at the end of 2021, with their son Isaac, 9, and newborn Noah.

“One of the best parts is having Everleigh State School on site. It saves us so much time being able to walk Isaac from our home to school every day," she says.

“Isaac loves his new school. He started at the beginning of the year when it first opened and was so excited to tell me about all the brand-new facilities and his new friends, with many living at Everleigh as well.”

The family says the Everleigh lifestyle is second-to-none. 

"We regularly attend Everleigh’s community activities and special events, which is a great way for old and new residents to connect and get to know each other,” says Joy. 

“Honestly, it’s the kind of friendly community I thought only existed in movies, but it’s very much real here at Everleigh.”
