<p>First home buyers Michael and Bianca Galea, along with their children Samarah, 2, and Gabriel, 1, say Everleigh already feels like home. The family, who lives in Springwood, spent about 18 months looking to buy, before securing a lot in the community’s Citrus release. Mr Galea said they came across the community after visiting Everleigh’s display village.</p>
<p>“We hadn’t heard of Everleigh before we stopped in to look at the Coral Homes display and realised straight away how much we liked the community,” he said. “We weren’t in a position to buy at the time, but my sister-in-law – Bianca’s sister – bought a block of land and we soon followed suit. “Since my sister-in-law purchased in Everleigh it has become home for us. We don’t even live there yet and it already feels like home.</p>
<p>“We can’t wait to become part of the community.”</p>
<p>Mr Galea said the family searched numerous estates and found Everleigh was the ‘best of anything we’ve seen’. “The value is really good,” he said. “It is such a nice community at a reasonable price, which is a huge benefit when you’re looking for a location to build your new home. “The hardest thing now is securing a block, with so many people wanting to buy in Everleigh.”</p>

<p>Mr Galea said finding the right school in the local catchment and the vibrant community atmosphere also made Everleigh their top choice.</p>
<p>“We had been looking closer to where we’re living in Logan, but started branching out to other areas within an easy commute of my work in Wacol,” he said. “Finding a school we liked was a major deciding factor and we’ve found a wonderful school near Everleigh that we’re looking forward to sending our children to. “It is also close to our church and the shops are just over the road, which makes it so convenient. “The street appeal, sense of community and parks at Everleigh also stood out.”</p>
<p>Mr Galea said the teams at Coral Homes and Mirvac were supportive throughout the buying process, going above and beyond to help the family match their dream home and lot.</p>
